It’s not everyday you get such a shocking news but I guess 2020 has been one such year. But Sushant’s untimely demise has left everyone shattered because he was an actor who worked his way through the film industry and became one of the most loved stars. From MSD to Chichore, he gave us films which gave one clear message : Be positive and work hard, don’t wait for the results. But alas, how saddening was it to watch him leave so early. But this is where people’s attitude starts to stun me.
Depression my friends isn’t something which occurs when you get into an argument or loose a game. It’s something which eats you from inside. Speak to people who have suffered from depression and they’ll tell you how they dealt with it and the pain that they have been through. People often advise us to talk to our friends but I guess it’s not that easy to bring yourself to accept the fact that you’re indeed depressed. Upto this point, everything is OK but what’s stunning is people saying that they’ve zero friends they can reach out to. Kyu bhai? All those bro for life and night outs were just for fun?? I am not bashing anyone but please don’t post such comments or status for fake sympathy.

If I wanted to say something which disgusts me at this moment , one word : Media . These bloodhounds have no sympathy or emotions. Indian media just needs TRP over everything. It’s difficult to see reporters crowding his home and asking his parents how they feel? How will they fucking feel?? They just lost their son and for a father or mother the worst thing is losing their child. But TRP rules I guess.
Memes are a fun way of expressing one’s view but lately memes have been the best way of bullying and spreading hatred. There’s a clear demarcation between having fun and being mean. Seeing memes pop up on my to line really makes me sick. No matter how much educated we become, it all narrows down to one’s mentality. Sadly, no such system is in place which can cater to such sick people.
For those of us who have been following Sushant since his Pavitra Rishta days, we know his struggle. We know how he inched step by step to make a mark for himself. But now that he has left for Heavenly abode, the only thing we can do is to make sure that the world never forgets him. Look at what he taught us, watch his movies, live his songs and keep him alive. Don’t hush him out of your life because as his fan and follower, you’ve to make him immortal.
We’ll always remember you Sushant.
People must have more empathy and compassion towards each other. Well written ❤️

The factors which leads to depression should be analyzed more accurately. Acknowledging people for their work is one of them. I don’t think he ever got acknowledged for the good works he did. He came to the industry on his own talent, but certain obvious factors existing within the industry didn’t let him nurture and explore his talent which is really sad.

According to me, this is a stage for acting where I, You and all are actors and actresses. So in this stage, if any person says/does anything to you, just catch the signal from the person through his activities or words or by observing his/her body language or just look at his/her eyes that what he is trying to mention you at that particular moment. Because in this stage no one has some power to destroy us it’s a supreme power (God)
who always help us ultimately and he also shows the difference between heaven and earth.
At last I suggest don’t feel bad if anybody publicly says you anything just forget other words and try to find your own fault and make it correct but if you are faulty then don’t try to become anger but you just take revenge against them through your work and legal action.

Appreciation, Acknowledgement, Empathy, and Compassion – PEOPLE NEED TO INCULCATE THESE. Shooks me with pain to write that – it took one celebrity death, for everyone to understand the importance of MENTAL HEALTH. 😦

Sadness, Depression, Angerness, Fickle Mind all these things can be controlled by our own. It differs from person to person how they control their mind during any of 4 moments (earlier mentioned) either they listen to songs or they watch movies or they play games it’s totally upto them to make them free from those stages. But if any person (either friends or family) see that the person known by them is suffering from anyone mentioned diseases and these people are unable to get out from that state then they must council that person and then they must have to understand his mental state also they must have to temporarily support that person during that period. But if the normal person disagrees to those Saddy, Depressed, Fickle Minded person then that person’s depression, sadness, fickle mind is converted into anger and then they takes dangerous decision (either murder or suicide).
At Last I Suggest to those people if you find anyone who is known to you is suffering from above-mentioned diseases then just listen to them and after try to make them understand about the actual matter and also try to be positive in front of them because it is seen that if any person share negativity in front of those people who are already suffering from above-mentioned diseases then it will directly harm for them. I also suggest everyone that don’t make those alone for a long period it may harm for them.
